When the store ran out of green cabbage, instead of staring at the empty shelf and sadly calling my loved one to tell them about the problem, I just grabbed a red cabbage. It turned the onions and kielbasa a funky shade of purple so we decided to add yellow, orange & red peppers to complete the Dr. Seuss storybook meal. It was so good.
