Quick Intro

Handball is a fast-paced, high-energy sport where players pass, dribble, and throw the ball to score goals using speed, skill, and teamwork. Played on a court with quick transitions between offense and defense, the game keeps everyone moving and engaged. When enjoyed with friends and family, handball becomes more than competition—it’s a shared experience that builds connection and camaraderie. Playing together encourages physical fitness, coordination, and communication, while fostering trust, cooperation, and friendly rivalry. Whether you’re learning the basics or playing a full match, handball creates lasting memories through teamwork, fun, and active time spent together.

Rules of Handball

Handball is played with two teams trying to score by throwing the ball into the opponent’s goal. Players move the ball by passing and dribbling, but they cannot run while holding it for more than a few steps. The defensive team works to block shots, intercept passes, and prevent scoring while avoiding excessive physical contact. Goalkeepers protect the goal and are the only players allowed inside the goal area.

Points are scored when the ball fully crosses the goal line inside the net. The game is played in two timed halves, and the team with the most goals at the end wins. Handball is fast-paced and easy to adapt for casual play, encouraging teamwork, coordination, and quick decision-making while keeping the focus on fun and fair play for all ages.
