Racquetball
Quick Intro
Racquetball is a high-energy indoor sport played by hitting a rubber ball against walls using a racquet, requiring quick reflexes, speed, and strategic shot placement. The fast pace and constant movement provide an excellent cardiovascular workout while improving agility, coordination, and endurance. Playing racquetball with friends and family adds motivation and friendly competition, making intense exercise feel fun and engaging. It’s a great way to bond, relieve stress, and support one another’s fitness goals while enjoying an exciting, shared challenge.
Rules of Racquetball
Racquetball is a fast-paced indoor court sport played with a small rubber ball and a racket, either as singles or doubles. The game is played in a fully enclosed court, and players take turns serving by hitting the ball so it strikes the front wall first before bouncing on the floor. During a rally, the ball may hit the side or back walls after contacting the front wall, as long as it stays in play. The opposing player must return the ball before it bounces twice.
Matches are typically played to 15 points per game, with most formats using a best-of-three system, and points can only be scored by the serving player or team. A serve is considered a fault if it does not hit the front wall first or goes out of bounds. Players must avoid obstructing each other’s swing or path to the ball, a rule known as avoiding a “hinder.” Racquetball requires quick reflexes, agility, and spatial awareness, making it an intense and energetic sport.

Full Swing is a great batting cage place in Prescott but my son's favorite activity there is the Bungie jumping on the trampoline.

Alcohol Ink Jewelry
Today we made alcohol ink on Yupo paper and turned it into jewelry by adhering it onto the metal piece and then adhering the glass cabochon onto that.
