Table Tennis
Quick Intro
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a fast-paced sport played by hitting a lightweight ball across a table using small paddles, emphasizing quick reflexes, precision, and hand-eye coordination. It can be played casually at home or recreational centers or more competitively, making it easy to adapt for all ages and skill levels. Playing table tennis with friends and family encourages friendly competition, focus, and lots of laughter while providing a light but effective workout. It’s a fun, social way to stay active indoors, sharpen mental and physical skills, and create lasting memories through shared play.
Rules of Table Tennis
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a fast-paced racket sport played by two (singles) or four (doubles) players who hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table divided by a low net. Play begins with a serve, where the server tosses the ball upward and strikes it so it bounces once on their side of the table and then once on the opponent’s side. Players then alternate returning the ball, allowing only one bounce on their side before hitting it back over the net.
Games are typically played to 11 points, and a player or team must win by at least two points. Serves alternate every two points, and players must keep the ball within the table boundaries for a legal return. The ball may touch the net during a rally as long as it lands correctly on the opponent’s side. Table tennis emphasizes quick reflexes, hand-eye coordination, spin control, and strategy, making it both highly competitive and accessible for casual play.

Alcohol Ink Jewelry
Today we made alcohol ink on Yupo paper and turned it into jewelry by adhering it onto the metal piece and then adhering the glass cabochon onto that.
